Top 5 News and Magazines Apps on Android in Latvia for Q4 2022

In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top News and Magazines apps on Android in Latvia showed varied performance in terms of weekly downloads.

Новости России, мира from Hot News saw significant growth in weekly downloads. Starting at just 42 downloads in the final week of September, the app experienced a notable upward trend, peaking at 398 downloads in the last week of December.

TVNET, published by TVNET, had a fluctuating download pattern. The app began with 35 downloads in late September and saw a substantial spike to 246 downloads in the week of October 24. However, it ended the year with a lower count of 70 downloads in the last week of December.

Apollo.lv, also from TVNET, displayed a consistent increase in downloads throughout the quarter. Starting with 36 downloads in mid-October, it reached its highest point at 178 downloads in the first week of December, before tapering off slightly to 119 downloads in the final week of the year.

Koo: Know What's Happening! from Koo App had a relatively stable performance initially, with downloads ranging between 80 to 104 from late September to early November. The app, however, experienced a significant drop towards the end of the quarter, bottoming out at just 13 downloads in mid-December.

Opera News: breaking & local by Opera showed a mixed trend. Starting with 53 downloads in late September, the app saw minor fluctuations before a noticeable increase to 105 downloads in the final week of December.
